PRIVACY NOTICE

Your trip details.

When you request a quote, OTET Black Car Service collects your name, contact information, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger count, trip preferences and any details you choose to share. This information is used to review availability, prepare a quote and contact you about your request. Submitting a request does not confirm a reservation.

Requests are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. When configured, Resend processes the request details to send an email to the owner; Twilio sends the owner a brief notification containing the request reference. Notifications do not automatically confirm a ride. This site does not send automated customer text messages or marketing messages.

Do not include payment card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information in the notes. The website does not collect payments. Trip information is not sold.

To ask about your information or request its deletion, contact OTETblackcar@gmail.com or (216) 543-4033. Requests and related notifications are retained as needed to handle your inquiry, provide service and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Service providers may process technical information needed for hosting, delivery and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare, Resend and Twilio for their privacy information.
